Location is good
Property so rundown, poorly maintained, room dark colour, main signage light only partially lighted at night, room lights dimmed, no housekeeping / COVID-19 sanitization during our 2 days stay, guests mostly foreign workers, and even staff are foreign workers which is totally unacceptable in the hospitality industry because the Malaysian characteristics is conspicuously absent !

close to venue of the event we were going to. cheap.
uncomfortable bed. not special needs friendly (we had to carry wheelchair in order to access the lift)

Love the location is convenient to take taxi and it is nearby shop Loundry and facilities surrounded.
The bathroom water was leaking to outside.. cracked wall fall to floor .. TV no channel ..floor was crack several part when step on . Key card holder keep fall down and no function. When ask to clean the room the reception girl reply they don't clean everyday the room. I stay from 22-26th .
