Perfect location, the rooms were a great size and even with the quad room whilst it was tight with our big luggage it was comfortable for 4 of us.
I felt the restaurant was a little pricey but there isn’t much around for food options.
Otherwise it was great and we would definitely return.
Restaurant prices.

The breakfast buffet is good and space is big
The check in staff at the reception are not friendly and the hotel is very far from the centre of tokyo. Not accessible and even by train you have to change many times with the confusing train line. The kids play area is so small that it’a better off without it. There are no toys there and the hotel does not have swimming pool
