Il soggiorno aperto è un grande spazio di ritrovo per la famiglia con una grande TV a schermo piatto e un lettore Bluray, 2 grandi divani e molti giochi da tavolo per le serate trascorse insieme. Il soggiorno si apre sul portico attrezzato schermato, un luogo accogliente dove gustare il pranzo o la cena ascoltando le onde che si infrangono.
La nostra cucina è stata rinnovata con tutti i nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è ben attrezzata per le vostre esigenze di cottura. Il bar per la colazione può ospitare fino a 4 persone, mentre il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Una dispensa a grandezza naturale rende la calza della spesa facile e conveniente e una griglia a gas può essere trovata appena fuori sulla nostra veranda coperta.
La nostra prima camera da letto con vista sul Golfo ha un letto queen-size, TV a schermo piatto e porte in stile francese che si aprono su una terrazza solarium che si affaccia sul vialetto con vista peek-a-boo sul Golfo. Dall'altra parte della sala è la nostra camera da letto a castello con 2 letti a castello singoli che possono ospitare fino a 4.
Dall'altra parte della sala è la seconda camera da letto con vista sul Golfo con letto matrimoniale che si apre anche su una terrazza e la nostra quarta camera ha 2 letti singoli. Tutte le camere hanno un sacco di spazio armadio, biancheria da letto fresca e luce naturale. Entrambi i bagni sono accessibili dagli alloggi principali, appena fuori dalle camere da letto e dispongono di combinazione vasca / doccia con maniglioni per sicurezza.
I servizi esterni includono un secondo frigorifero nella nostra lavanderia al piano terra, una doccia esterna calda / fredda e una zona protetta per la pulizia del pesce. Vuoi dare un'occhiata al Bayside? Fai una breve passeggiata di 2-3 minuti nella direzione opposta attraverso un percorso naturalistico proprio dietro casa nostra. È il migliore dei due mondi!

This house is nice and close to the beach. It isn’t stocked very well in the kitchen. The oven didn’t really work very well. Numerous lights were out including the pool one, porch ones & some carport ones. Now I’m sure this could’ve been fixed while we were there but each day we figured out a different one was out.

This is our second stay here. The house suits our needs perfectly for 2 families with children of varying ages. Easy walk to beach or the bay. Everything was as expected. The Fridge downstairs is really handy for drinks. The grill worked well; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will very likely be back to Latitude Change.

The house was as pictured. Loved the location and pool. Shaded in the afternoon which was very nice and refreshing after a day at the beach.

We had 2 families with several young children and the house layout was perfect for that. It was clean, well stocked, beds were comfy, it’s close to the beach, the pool was so fun to have. We had a wonderful vacation at this beach house!
We had an issue with the A/C and the property management people responded within an hour to get it working again. We were very pleased with our experience here!

This property was amazing ! The house is spacious and clean. We rented a golf cart and drive to the beach, Although you can easily walk. I highly recommend the golf cart. The company was quick to respond went we reported an issue with the tv. They arrived within the hour to fix it !!
We will be staying there again. Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!

This was our first trip to St George, and we will definitely be back. We loved the location of the house as it was an easy walk to the beach and a quick bike ride into town, and having our own pool was definitely a plus.

The place, the location, everything was perfect! We swam in the pool and walked the beaches every day. No problems with appliances.

The house was perfect for 2 families., 4 adults 4 teenagers. The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It has a “peek a boo” view of the gulf from the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was a very easy maybe 3 minute stroll. We did visit the bayside a few times and opted to walk down the road since the “nature” trail was very much a nature trail. A bit too terrifying to me knowing there could snakes back there. But the road was a very easy and enjoyable stroll to the bay. Having the screened in porch was a godsend. It made it possible to sit outside without annoying bugs and kept the seats dry from rain and humidity. Because the house sits back from the gulf it was a bit warmer and less windy which made the pool very usable especially since it was heated. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing on St George Island.

The house very comfortable the week that we stayed. You might want to add a few hooks to hang stuff in the bathrooms.The pots and pans were a challenge not terrific. We tried to clean the leaves out of the pool but the net was small and the pole didn't fit the net so it fell off the pole.

The house was very nice. It was as described. The beds were comfortable, the air worked great, and the pool was very nice. More towels, toilet paper and garbage bags would have been nice. The dishwasher didn't work very well and we had to rewash most dishes by hand.

It was a great stay but we encountered several issues which were all reported.

This was our first time to the island and our rental was just what we were expecting. It was close enough to the beach that we could walk or drive & park at public access areas. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Would be nice to have more towels but we came prepared after reading other reviews. We would definitely rent again.

We had a great experience! It's a quick walk to the beach, the pool was a great addition and the living space being on one level was ideal with little ones. We enjoyed the screened in porch, outdoor shower, open layout and overall location of the home. We did encounter an AC unit hiccup and the staff was AMAZING at getting things fixed quickly and being kind and generous to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Recommend again and again.

Family Trip ‘22
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Change! It was perfect for my very active 9 month old since all the living space was on one level. No stairs to battle! The house sits right next to the Beach to Bay Access point, which made the walk to beach so easy! The hot water heater had to be replaced during our stay, but management was so easy to talk with and very helpful. The whole process was seamless and quick. We would stay here again in the future!

Great house, it was shaded, and the pool was awesome! The beds were comfy, there are two bikes and extra towels which was great. They have lime bushes! They were so fresh and a nice extra perk for drinks and cooking.

It was nice having a pool for the kids although with the 90 degree temps the pool was like a bathtub but it was used every day. It looked like one of the toilets was missed in cleaning but an easy fix and didn't take away from the vacation. Will definitely rent again here!

Walk to the beach is easy, but I would suggest taking the sidewalk/road route vs. the path. We loved biking to the state park and also to get ice cream. Everything was clean and in good condition except the bed frame in the room opposite the bunk room. It felt a little unstable/wobbly, but the mattress was nice so it was fine. We would recommend the property! A big thank you to the property management for getting us in an hour early so the baby could nap. We really appreciated that. They were also very responsive on our last minute decision to heat the pool. Again, thank you!

This place was amazing! Perfect distance to restaurants and the beach. The only complaints we would have that really didn’t hurt our stay was there aren’t enough towels and washcloths provided and the pool pump is very loud. Otherwise this place is perfect and we loved our stay. We’ll be back!!

The extra fridge was a lifesaver for us as we take lots of seafood home with is. We had 11 for dinner one night and so appreciated the large table, cookware and dishes to accommodate the party. We want to thank the owner’s for offering this lovely home!

We had fun with the family but we were not expecting the red tide. We would have appreciated a heads up on the situation and we could have planned ahead go other activities. Some of the family had a rough time when outside and especially on the beach.
