A simpatia e o cuidado com que fomos recebidos. Ar condicionado silencioso e já ligado quando chegámos ao quarto. Várias almofadas na cama para se poder escolher a que mais se adapta a nós. Frigorífico, chaleira eléctrica e mesa no quarto com uma vista maravilhosa para Badajoz.

É pena não se poder estacionar mais próximo para descarregar a bagagem.

This was an exceptionally clean room and bedding. The staff was very nice. Lighting was good, room as a decent size and it was easy to get into and out of (keys worked well). We were able to easily "checkout" by leaving the key in the door, which was nice. The location, once you learned how to drive up and park wasn't bad, although the first time we went we didn't know and it was up a super steep hill with luggage. It would sure be nice if the correct place to enter was clearly identified as you can park there! I don't even know how to describe it, but if it's super steep, go to the whole other side by the Mercado, Church and square...

The bed felt like a rock, which is common in Portugal but wrenches our American backs. It was two twins, I Love Lucy style. The shower was hot for 30 seconds, only unfortunately. I don't know why. It also leaked out of the shower pan into the rest of the bathroom, this is per my husband as I avoided a shower once I got his experience. I don't know if there was Wifi, FYI. Not mobility friendly, all of Elvas.
