Property is great stay , only this i wish they had was a long pool time ,food pretty good in hotel

Right near the beach, secure building, nice pool, building has a store and grill for food in it

The apartment it is very well equipped and the location its excellent, it is confortable, and enjoys beautiful views from the terrace. If I have the opportunity to return to Cartagena, I would, definitely book this apartment.

I had an awful experience with this booking. I am actually a Colombian native and never expected such terrible outcome. The property manager was extremely rude and the check in process was beyond fishy. The front desk personnel were requiring photocopies of identifications of ALL guest and visitors; this included passports and visas. It is not needed to explain how these type of documents are sensitive and no one should be in possession of photocopies. It is common knowledge that in my country these could be used to falsify documents. For this reason, I was reluctant to make available copies of my documentation. However other guest not knowing better, we’re handing out visas of even minor guests. The front desk is handled by a person; however there seem to be other female individuals that are the contact for the booker who are very pushy about obtaining the documents. When I started questioning this the “contact” got in touch with the booker/peppery admin with whom I had a couple unpleasant interactions. They concluded by canceling my reservation and only returning a fraction of the amount prepaid. I would NOT recommend this property. The admin was not trustworthy and the front desk and contact or whoever the third party is are in some weird scam going on.

Great apartment and location. Apartment was well equipped. Only thing I would recommend is blankets for the beds or some type of covering. It gets very cold and having only one flat sheet to cover is not sufficient. Otherwise great apartment, with amazing views of the ocean.
