The room was clean and comfortable. Mossimo was an excellent host and very helpful with answering any questions of helping to resolve any problems we ran it. He also had wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and nearby experiences.
Room cleaning would be nice. Dark curtains to lower light in room for daytime siesta.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect! Quite side road but absolutely central and only a 2-5min walk to all the interesting places of the history city center, restaurants of all price ranges, the market and cultural places.
The apartment itself is extremely spacious, very clean and cosy and has more amenities than we expected.
We loved our stay here and will surely come back!
Also the host Massimo is so helpful and nice.
Although its prices are comparably high, we can 100% recommend staying here when in Modena!

Fab location close to all the best sights.
Superb owner who couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable and well informed.
Nice old building in a quiet side street close to restaurants, shops & cafes.
Clean and comfortable room.
The breakfast at a local cafe was simple but very good - friendly staff.
Not a massive negative, but for the price the Deluxe Double Room was a quite small and the water pressure in the shower needs upgrading🙂
