This house far exceeded my expectations. Every little detail had been taken care of, the house was well built, beautiful, full of cute little details and the owner was absolutely lovely.

nothing, this property is remarkable. it is a 2 min drive or 10ish min walk from shoal bay town but we had cars, bicycles and walked it without any problem. There is beautiful Nespresso coffees in the house so we didn’t even need to go out for coffee in the morning which is my usual requirement

The property is a single villa (only one on the property) so you have plenty of privacy. It is beautifully setup with a lovely authentic Bali style. I couldn't believe how much room there was (even with 5 of us) and the facilities are magnificent - fantastic outdoor relaxation areas, spa bath, outdoor BBQ/cooking and eating area. Inside was great too with lots of areas to relax, a second kitchen, two TVs (one with Netflix), wireless speakers. Grant has provided everything you could need including board games, crockery, laundry, toiletries, and various kitchen needs. The villa was clean and comfortable and a perfect place to spend time in and relax when not at the nearby attractions. Easy walk to beach, Shoal Bay, and eating/coffee. Short drive to Nelson Bay. As the builder of the villa, Grant was the perfect host - and meeting us and showing us the facilities on arrival and leaving some treats for us in the fridge. Thank you Grant. We will be back.

I'd have to nit-pick to find anything. Maybe better wi-fi but that's probably an NBN limitation.

Spacious, clean, great outdoor spaces

The house was beautifully appointed and very very clean. The Alfresco kitchen was a dream. The balinese theme of the house added to the senses of getting away and the location a short walk to the beach was perfect. would stay again!

The house and location was perfect. The rain all week was a real dampener. Thank goodness for the in-house Netflix
