This condo had everything we needed for our summertime stay. It is spacious, and the layout of the bedrooms, kitchen and dining rooms had a nice flow. The art on the walls was lovely. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and pots/pans and there were plenty of extra towels, laundry soap, card and board games and even flashlights to borrow. These are things I appreciate being there but not having to bring when packing for vacation. I'd suggest bringing DVDs if you want to watch movies not on cable -- there is a player there but no DVDs. Some of the local cable channels had spotty coverage but we worked with that. The pool and hot tubs are just steps away, and you are also within walking distance or a short drive to the gondola, grocery store and downtown. For those interested, the condo was fairly easy to navigate for a person using a walker as well. There are four steps up from the parking garage to the elevator so my family member could walk up the stairs and then use the walker the rest of the way. And the layout was conducive for someone with low mobility. We really enjoyed the condo!

Perfect place for us!
This was as close to a ski in/ski out property without the sky high price of resort! We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. Layout gave everyone room to space out. Full kitchen was a plus for cooking after a long day on the slopes. 1/4 mile walk to gondola in the morning and less than that taking "4oclock trail to town" back home. Condo was very clean.
Only con would be the beds and pillows. A few mattress toppers and new pillows would go along way. Otherwise 5 star stay!

Property had not been cleaned @ our check-in. Property owner was very responsive to get resolved. He commented this had never happened in 9 years of ownership. We were very impressed & appreciative of how it got resolved.

We had a fantastic stay at Nick’s property. Nick was quick to respond to any queries we had prior to our visit. The condo was clean and very well appointed. The location was excellent, near the gondola, bus stop and town centre. If we return we would definitely stay at “Breckaway”.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying at Nick’s condo. We skied Breckenridge and Keystone during our stay. At night it was an easy walk to nice restaurants. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place in town.

If you want to go right to Peak 9, the bus right by building comes every 15 minutes. And downtown, our favorite, is not even 2 blocks away! It’s perfect. The size and layout of the condo was amazing. Kids had their own bathroom and bedroom, master was huge, kitchen was an amazing size....and I didn’t even mention we walked to the grocery store and the bus stop at the gondola to visit Keystone one evening. I could go on and on. If you are in Breck to see and do it all, this is the place! We could live there! Thank you so much Nick and Shannon for sharing. We will be back!

Mmmm. . . When can we come back?
We loved the location as well as Breckenridge itself.
The condo was roomy and well appointed. It's definitely set up to make a skier feel at home.
It may be a small thing, but I really appreciated the humidifier that was tucked away in the closet. No need to worry about dry mountain air.

Great place and location. It was awesome. Will be back and it the only place I will stay in Breck. If it's not available - I will go to Steamboat-Crested Butte-Winter Park-Solitude-Etc Etc. Thanks Nick.

Nick, your condo was perfect for our family. Everything was in place, awesome layout and everything we needed.
My only suggestion would be to put a TV in the master bedroom.
I had to fight with my granddaughter over the remote!!:)

Beautiful property in the perfect location!
We are so sad to be back in Texas. Breckenridge is incredible and this location is THE BEST!!! The condo is nice and clean, easy to get to, beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are right by the room and are very clean (which is always important to me) I would stay here a million times over. We loved it and it really felt like home.

The location was great! It was a short walk to everything in town. However, it was awfully noisy in the summer! We needed the windows open to stay cool and it was loud on the streets and in the complex. Overall, it was a great place and had everything we needed!

This is an excellent, very clean, well-equipped condo. Only a couple blocks from Main Street and all of the action in Breckenridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved it - as advertised
This condo was amazing! Everything we (family of 4) could ask for. Plenty of room for our 2 tweens and ourselves.We stayed for 4 days, and loved it! Came equipped with pretty much everything you'd need to get by (silverware, plates, extra blankets, pillows, games, dvd's for downtime, etc). When I had a couple questions, Nick was easily accessible and helpful. Location is perfect - 2 minute walk from downtown/Main street and a 5 minute walk to the Gondola's. If you do have to get groceries - it's about a 5 minute walk from a store or you can drive 10 minutes down to Frisco. The only possible knock is you could hear the person above showering, getting ready in the morning, or coming in at night. Everything else, amazing!

Convenient, updated kitchen & baths, comfortable for family of 4
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Breckenridge! The condo was perfect for our family - very comfortable and large enough so that we could spread out after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed the games / puzzles / DVDs in the downtime. The location is convenient; Main Street / downtown is a 5-minute walk, and the bus stops to the slopes are a block away. The kitchen is updated and pleasant to cook in (we cooked for breakfast and a couple of suppers). We really appreciated the covered parking, especially during our last day when it snowed a very large amount. There are racks to hang skiis and jackets in the entrance, and a place for boots. The automatic fireplace was great because it was so low maintenance - it turns on and off with a button and warms up quickly. We would definitely recommend Nick & Shannon's condo, and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Great for Skiing
We enjoyed our stay here. It is close enough to walk to the Gondola and the town. Skiing down at night was convenient. Room was very clean and everything worked. Parking was easy.
View was just OK and would like to see some TV's in the bedrooms but those are small things. We plan to book it again next year.

This condo has recently been beautifully updated. In addition to being immaculate and nicely decorated, everything about it was high quality and perfect for our needs. We appreciated the area when you walk in which had racks for our skis and places to leave boots etc. However, the best part is its location. It is an easy walk to the gondola, ski rental store, and to restaurants. We'd definitely come back.

Our family of 4 truly loved our stay in Breck Away this December. We wanted a condo for our smaller family, but we also wanted 2 bedroom and this was perfect. The location was great too. It was so close to the gondola which you take up to the mountain to ski and downtown Breck is 1.5 blocks away. They have a great selection of movies and games which we enjoyed. Our family will definitely be back!

This was the 5th annual trip we've stayed at this condo. Walking distance tyo downtown without the noise... VERY short walk from the 4 O'clock ski run, and an even shorter walk to the Gondola!
This place is perfect!!! My wife and I lived in Colorado for a few years and we came back here each year to relive the Breckenridge experience. With the price as fair as it is this Condo is absolutely perfect for a family or friends get away.

Conveniently located condo within walking distance of downtown, the peak 8 gondola and bus stops. A block away from the end of the four o'clock run which is nice at the end of the day. Nice condo facilities including parking, two hot tubs, free firewood for fireplace. Not truly a ski-in ski-out but located close to condos that are. Spacious inside and living room area is especially nice for everyone to relax. We really liked the ski/snowboard rack area by the front door for our equipment and it's nice being on the first floor. Only complaints are some small things like having extra lightbulbs and more toilet paper available. Might want to consider a new vacuum cleaner as well. That thing seems to have been through a lot haha! Thanks for the great trip.

Booked this condo for my first trip to Breckenridge with some family and friends and it was great. The location is right next to downtown, and easy access to the gondola. The condo is also very clean and well maintained, and gave us a comfortable relaxing place to spend our time while not on the mountain.

Nick was a pleasure to work with right throughout the booking process to arrival and entry to the Condo. The location of the condo is perfect with all of downtown, the bike path and the Gondola all within easy walking distance. We were never in wanting of anything as it was full stocked with all your typical home essentials with plenty of extras we weren't expecting. Great idea having the slow cooker! Will certainly be back!
