Empfang und Check-in waren freundlich, fürsorglich und angenehm. Service war ausgezeichnet. Das gilt ebenso für das Frühstück. Die direkte Anbindung zum Terminal 1 ist äußerst komfortabel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It had been a while since I stayed at a Marriott. The facilities were as wonderful as before, but I had two unpleasant experiences during this two-night stay. I wonder if their customer service quality really has dropped like this.
1. I asked the front desk to add my Bonvoy number to my stay, but they said they couldn’t because I booked via Booking.com. So, I cannot recommend anyone booking Marriott through this (Booking.com) platform.
2. My flight was later on the day of checkout, so after checking out, I asked them to hold my luggage. I went out for lunch and came back to pick it up. Since the airline's baggage drop was still closed, I thought of waiting for a bit in the hotel lobby lounge. My mom and I leaned down on their oversized lobby couch, and although I was tired, we kept softly chatting the entire time. Out of nowhere, an employee came to us and, in a hostile tone, said, "This is not a place to sleep. What are you doing here?" I had to explain myself. At first, I thought he was just doing his job, but honestly, I think it was a very rude approach. That is not a memory I want to keep from my stay.

Die Lage im Terminal 1 war für uns ausschlaggebend. Das Hotel ist komfortabel, modern. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Queríamos estar sólo 5 horas porque teníamos una espera de 9 horas hasta el vuelo siguiente (day use) en booking no existe esa posibilidad.y nos cobraron el precio completo(215 euros) Después nos enteramos que por 115 euros se puede reservar day use directamente en el hotel

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Morgens war es auf den anderen Zimmer etwas lauter, aber vom Flughafen war nichts zu hören. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr groß und wir konnten ganz entspannt 2 Koffer komplett aufklappen und uns dennoch gut bewegen.
Es wurde erst auf Nachfrage mit uns deutsch gesprochen und der Zimmerpreis wurde uns durch den 'Nachtlauf' zweimal abgebucht. Der Eingang und das gesamt Hotel waren völlig über duftet und hat uns Kopfschmerzen bereitet.

I had just arrived from Geneva where I stayed at Hilton airport hotel with fully opening windows, and prior to that steinberger hof Frankfurt likewise
A/c was not able to keep room cool, so I had hot, airless, uncomfortable night waking frequently in a full body sweat
I was deeply unhappy with the experience
And it cost me €400 for the privilege!!!

Convenient for airport and train station.
Check in while efficient was difficult to know what was being asked. When I asked to clarify the person was very short with me. Not straightforward to order room service

Perfekte Lage am Flughafen Frankfurt, kurze Wege sowohl zum Terminal 1 als auch zur Fernbahn.
Mehr Infos beim Eichecken, wo sich was befindet, wie man den Aufzug bedient (um ins richtige Stockwerk zu gelangen, benötigt man die Zimmerkarte).

Die hervorragende Lage. Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Zum Frühstücken hatten wir leider keine Zeit,
da unser Flugzeug starten wollte.

Die Lage als Zwischenstop für eine Flug ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Ausstattung scheint modern. Der Raum war sauber. Insbesondere die Fenster waren super isoliert. Vom Flugbetrieb bekommt man nichts mit. Aber…..
Der Probealarm der Brandübung. In einer abartigen Lautstärke mit „Pfeifen“ wie bei einer Rückkopplung wurden zweisprachig die Übungshinweise über eine halbe Stunde um 9:45 runter gebetet. Was nützt da der Late Check out oder der Versuch auszuschlafen? Der Anruf an der Rezeption mit dem Hinweis dass man es nach der 5. Wiederholung nun verstande habe, führt leider nicht zum Abschalten des Programmes, „da man es nicht könne“!

Room design was beautiful. Staff were friendly at the front desk.
There was a hole in the wall outside of our bedroom, where they were clearly working on the plumbing for our room. The toilet flushed intermittently. By the time we realize this, it was late at night and did not want to call down to the front desk, nor did we want to try and move rooms.also, it would be nice if the YouTube feature of the television actually worked, so that something other than News programs were available to watch and something in other languages was available.

My wife and I had just finished our 3rd flight of the day and were tired. Instead of having to figure out how to get out to a hotel, we simply walled out of security and then to the Marriott. We got a great night's sleep and then walked back to security to board our flight home the next day. It was great.
