We were met at the property by Mick. He was a very chatty chap with lots of tips, advice and information about the local area.
Parking at the property was no problem, if a little tight at times.
The flat has everything you would need for the duration of your stay. Linen and towels were supplied and the kitchen were fully equipped, Including dishwasher and a washing machine. TVs were in all rooms.
Everything was clean and tidy. However some of the furniture is a bit dated and some areas could do with a bit of attention, though nothing that would really spoil your stay
the flat is located about 2 miles from the tower and pleasure beach and is on quite a busy road. The tram top is opposite and from there you can easily travel to town.
We had Apartment 1 which is a basement flat. On entering there was a slight musty smell. Once the doors and windows were opened and the place "aired" it was ok. It is evidently a pet friendy unit as there was also a slight "doggy" smell. Again this was hardly noticable once the doors and windows were opened.

The location was ideal,the apartment was very comfortable,with lots of little added extras,tea,sugar,hairdryer, towels, and much more.
Being a basement Apartment it could be dark.

Keys were left in the apartment with the door open. Reception door was locked. We didnt see the host. The apartment is in a fantastic location next to tram stop an fab view from upper floors. We had dog friendly apartment which we were glad to take dog with us. The apartment was clean
Slight smell on entering. The flat above us made a lot of noise late at night and 530 in morning tv on loud so we lacked in sleep.

Nice location, close to beach and tram stop.
There were no coat hangers to hang your coats near the entrance

everything. It was cleaned brilliantly. Lovely and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Ideal for a family holiday.
The only thing was the fire door can be opened from the other side so the flat isn’t totally secure.

The location was great, right by a tram stop so that we could get to the piers and Pleasure Beach very easily. The apartment was a nice size with everything we needed. There was a handy porch area for sandy shoes/dog. The bathroom was particularly nice with a shower and bath, and everything nice and clean with plenty of towels. The closest beach is across the road.
There's not much soundproofing between you and the apartment above.

The beds were so comfy like you would expect in a top hotel, immaculately clean and air purifier to ensure safe from germs etc. The bathroom was also pretty good, hot water was plentiful and very clean on first inspection. Location brilliant to hop on and off trams and leave car behind in your designated car parking spot. The living room area was adequate for its purpose. A bit of local knowledge and a bit of information left about local area and where to get a good takeaway from etc. I loved how it had its own access point, so no need to mix with other guests if you didn’t want to, it had a gated pathway leading to the entrance door, which our dog liked to wander out to and watch the naughty seagulls sitting on the top of our cars. The host was lovely and when I reported a full bin bag (which had been dumped by another guest resident) had been ripped apart by said gulls and litter was all over near our entrance, he was swiftly on it and removed it! Couldn’t fault his dedication to making his guests feel welcome! I would definitely visit again, if a place near Blackpool Winter Gardens was needed! Thank you for a lovely stay!
The things which could be improved would be in the kitchen area, it’s a bit of a mind field to find where everything is, for instance the cutlery are not in the kitchen part but living room area. The toaster was very tricky to use, the handle wouldn’t stay down. Also there was no grill pan handle or the mesh tray that goes inside it! This was a bit unusual but not a great problem, we were only there for a couple of days. It says it’s a garden apartment which we thought would be excellent to let the dog out, there was a small gated pathway that led to the entry door, however, the garden was, we think, used by all residents and not our personal garden, we didn’t really know to be honest because there wasn’t information about how to access it anyway, so we didn’t use it!

As pet owners it was great to have a completely detached apartment. Brilliant location. Tram stops across the road.
Beds fantastic and apartment is massive.
There wasn’t anything to dislike
