L'Equipement de la Mezzanine

Excellent location in easy reach of beach, bars and restaurants and only a few minutes from a lovely boulangerie. Very good secure parking.

The mezzanine headroom is quite challenging.

The location is good, about 10 minutes walk to the sea. The flat has good space for a couple, including a small terrace. There is a private and secure car park 50m from the flat. They are flexible for self check in.

The directions to the flat are very confusing during self check in. Communication by phone is about impossible, so stay calm and wait for help. I strongly recommend you to not do self check in. You might have better assistance during check in normal time. The flat was a bit dirty, no toillet paper, no trash bag, the bath dusche was broken, the mattress seems to be 100 years old, the sofa bed is pretty unconfortable. I told the owner about the issues (by message), but no reaction. The second floor ceiling is low, so take care with your head. They have a "concierge" that basically does not support you neither respond calls and messages. Before leaving the concierge asked me (by message) to clean up the flat for her....crazy! She also asked me to leave it before 10am, despite the fact booking says check out between 8 and 11am.....In this case the owner told me she was right, because 10 am is between 8 and 11....funny. In summary, the flat is good (not more than score 6) but the service and support are horrible.
