Before I checked in, the excellent attitude of the staff trying to help me impressed me. E.g. usually, requesting a free airport pickup requires at least 24h lead time,but I only gave them less than 2, and they sent someone for me anyway. The staff was real nice and helpful throughout. Free airport pickup and drop off with beautiful services is to be highly commended. Free welcome snacks in the room was another delight. Room interior was interesting with red bricks some of which had intriguing inscriptions. The quality of coffees at breakfast was amazing too. The list goes on. Well done Basera Boutique! If I ever return to Kathmandu, I know for sure where I'll be staying! Bravo Basera Boutique!

Unique traditional Kathmandu décor that takes you back centuries. The room was thoughtfully designed, featuring historical bricks carved with the names of past Rana Prime Ministers—very fascinating and full of character. I especially loved the ceiling; it was beautifully done. The lighting and ambiance were perfect, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and memorable space!

Nothing I can really think of. I was expecting a room on the 5th floor, but I was given a room on the 3rd floor instead. The view from the windows wasn’t as great as I had hoped, although we could still see the surrounding hills. Overall, no complaints.
