Most unique and beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. Super luxe and clean and well located as an oasis in Matera

OK this *was* hard to get to (should have figured out the city bus from the parking lot! We took it on the way back. Way more convenient!). But after arriving, it is even better than what you were expecting based on the pictures. So well decorated, spacious, comfortable, elegant... and then there's the location and walking around at night and in the morning before tour groups arrive. It's amazing. How do they also get great wifi from inside a cave? I don't know, but we loved the whole experience!
Directions from the parking on how to find and pay for the shuttle (that is a red city bus) could be a little clearer... the walk was way longer than I thought and also a bit tricky (as noted in the info).

Posizione, immersione nell'atmosfera sassosa con pro e contro, dormito come un sasso 🤣
Qualche piccolo inconveniente, ma la disponibilità dei proprietari ha lasciato solo bei ricordi
