Convenient and quiet location
Bit small . A proper sofa bed would have been useful as there were three of us.

The location was satisfactory and not a long walk to the tram to downtown. It was very handy to have the food market so close by.
Kitchen was too small for our needs. It was not well equipped and cleaning up was difficult.

Very clean and had great facilities. The location is out of the city so you feel like you are seeing a piece of non-touristy Florence as well.
It is difficult to get a taxi in the area and we couldn’t use the taxi apps so we had to walk to the tram station every time. As long as you are ok with a little walk it is fine
