Location was fantastic, just off the plaza Torino in the historic center, in walking distance from everything. Apartment was spotlessly clean and new. Comfortable pillows. Owners were very friendly.

Parking difficult (have to park outside of the historic center), so makes drop-off and check out with luggage a bit more complicated. Bedroom (1 bedroom apartment) did not heat like the rest of the apartment and was cold at night. Cookware and toaster were brand new, so we had to remove all the plastic and labels and wash everything before using it, as well as having to use the toaster a few times to burn off the smell of new plastic. We traveled with 2 children and so planned 2 dinners at home. They did not have a wine bottle opener and so I had to go back downstairs to find a bar/restaurant to open it. Then, after cooking the pasta, we realized there was no pasta strainer either. Bedding sheets and pillow cases in bedroom were damp. All of the lights in the apartment are bright (cold) halogen/LEDs ceiling downlights. There is no indirect lighting (table or floor lamps) or dimmer switches to make the lighting warmer or cozier.
