Camere ampie, struttura nuova e con super vista dalle camere sulla città e le sue colline. Dovendo fare colazione alle 6:00 la prima mattina la receptionist del giorno 20 si e’ prodigata di prepararcela di persona. Ottima la colazione regolare delle mattine successive.

Nulla ma come in tante strutture della Georgia manca l’ascensore

Everything was fresh, tidy and nice. The terrace was great and the staff were friendly. Also amazing price for the quality hotel you get! :)

The breakfast was not that good, but apart from that everything was perfect.

I liked terrace in the hotel. It was really nice view of the city. But still it was not worth it. I wont come back to this hotel only because of managament

I didn't like two things. One is that check in time was on 15:00 and we came 16:00. Hotel still had not enough rooms for us. They ask us to wait without explanation and apology. This is nothing serious, it does happen once in a while. Other thing was that woman from reception asked us passports and she didn't accept ID cards and trying to convince me that is the law and was arguing with me. I'm tour organizer and our nationality people can travel to Georgia only with ID card. For me wasn't looking very good, because people were confused. Clearly she had no expierence. I have been coming to Georgia since 2018, and I'm spending 6 months per year here in different hotels, none of them asking only passports. ID is good, I know that for sure, 100%. Never had this problem before in last 8 years. My clients came on holidays and stressing first that they don't have passports. When I asked to talk to manager assuming manager will know hoe it works she claimed that she is a manager and kept demanding our passports. Very unprofessional.
