Очень понравился отель! Чисто, уютно и комфортно, прекрасная атмосфера. Завтрак отличный — вкусный, свежий и разнообразный. Особенно хочется отметить женщину на ресепшене — очень добрая, вежливая, внимательная и гостеприимная. Она всегда была готова помочь и сделала наше пребывание ещё приятнее. Большое спасибо за такое тёплое отношение к гостям!

Никаких существенных недостатков не заметили. Всё прошло отлично.

スタッフさんが親切でご飯が美味しかった。にんじんサラダとフルーツが特に美味しいです。日本人もおいしくいただけると思います。 ロケーションもブハラの散策には理想的で、朝夕の散策に気軽に繰り出せるところがとても良かったです。 部屋も可愛らしく、オートロック式のため安心できます。

クレジットで予約をしても「部屋押さえ」のみが行われるため、現地で現金支払いをする必要がありました。リサーチ不足で現地でドルをかなり使ってしまったため注意です。

Not all the rooms have the charm of the old house, beware of the standard ones: the furniture in the rooms is very tired, as well as the bed linens and towels. It feels like the owners want to save as much money as they can, by for example taking out the bulbs of the lamps or not offering one single bottle of water for free in 3 days. Upon departure, the payment is only in cash and I had to negotiate to get the official registration receipt (with a pictogram, please don‘t accept any hand written piece of paper). It is true that they don‘t often ask for the registration cards when leaving the country but it can happen and to let you risk problems at the border and paying a fine to save paying taxes to the government is a big red flag for me. Also there is currently (September 2022) a huge construction site just opposite the entrance of the hotel which adds a lot of dust.
