The staff were extremely polite and showed a clear understanding of the customers’ concerns, which was truly appreciated. Although our IndiGo flight was cancelled, the team handled the situation very well. They were supportive, empathetic, and made the necessary arrangements for a late-night alternative the following day. Overall, their assistance made a difficult situation much easier to manage.
On the website the pictures for the rest room etc was different. New look which is what surprised me. property was clean good space for family and privacy was there. Room service was also readily available.

Staffs were friendly, clean room.
We took 2 rooms, out of which one room door lock broke, no hot water which compensated with coil for hot water, No restaurant at the restaurant though mentioned about room service. Located in an average crowded area, not worth the money you spend on the room. It is average not worth the money.
