Everyone on the staff was professional and accommodating throughout my stay and they were always attentive to my wants and needs.
An indoor pool would have been a nice amenity, seeing as the outdoor pool is only open seasonally.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I got a room last minute after getting a refund from the original hotel. And this room was not only 3x the size with a living room and kitchen, but also cost less. The staff was friendly. My name was on the TV when we walked in the room. They sent us a text message to make sure everything was good once we got upstairs. The room was so clean. And that is important since that's the reason I ended up at this place. The location was great, right next to a gas station and a Starbucks. I will stay here again

The checkin staff were smiling, helpful, informative. After a long drive and being so tired that smile was awesome to see.

The location was perfect, just off I77. It was great having a kitchenette in the suite, which was very roomy. The breakfast was good, whether you want hot or cold, it was there. The staff was very accommodating when one of our group thought she had lost her ear pods.

The room was huge, it was clean, the bed was comfortable but the room had a wet dog smell to it, I think the filter in the air conditioner needed to be changed.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful front desk staff
Two cockroaches were in our room which made us leave early. Couldn’t relax in the room after that.

The staff is truly exceptional. We've stayed here twice and both times it was truly a great place to stay.
There was only one bath towel in our room. It's really not a big issue.
