We loved our cabin. It was very clean. It was very well equipped. The grounds were nice. Great view of the lake.

Celebrate my birthday with my family and everything was just as described. Very cute studio with a beautiful view to the lake. Quiet and peaceful. It was nice to get away from all the noise. Will definitely book again in the future.

What a nice, relaxing, peaceful get away. My husband and I stayed here with our mini golden doodle while my son was at soccer camp. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views and awesome sunsets. The strong wi-fi was much appreciated since we were both still working during the day. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. The studio was nicely decorated and had everything you needed including a full kitchen. We enjoyed lunch and dinner on the patio and evenings out by the lake. We enjoyed our stay!

We surprised out son with a trip to stay on this property. He had asked for a lake birthday and we decided to make it extra special by booking somewhere to make things more exciting, instead of going to the lake down the road from our house. 45 minutes and we were able to leave all the normal distractions behind. The property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Even for a family of 5 including a 9 year old, 6, year old and 9 months old, there was plenty of space and we had everythibg we needed to be completely comfortable. Even with the pull out bed and the main bed we were still able to fit a play pin. We had a cook out on our dull day and the entire family that came loved it. We had plenty of space on the patio to grill, eat and hangout. The fans on the patio allow for a pretty comfortable space, even in the middle of a Texas summer. There were plenty of kayaks and boats for everyone to use at the same time as well as plenty of games in the yard like cornhole, giant Jenga, big wooden tik tak toe and dice, baby swing, tire swing and even a swing closer to the lake. So much seating by the lake including tables. The lighting at night was beautiful they have outside chanfileres having from the trees as well as trees wrapped in lights. It was truly a beautiful place to stay wether you are having family and friends together to cookout, swim and play outside or you want to come alone or as a couple just to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax by the water.

I loved the property. The check in directions were specific & clear. The inside was well kept. This is a small space but perfect for a couple. There is everything you need there. Just buy any food you might want to keep in the fridge. We even got fresh baked cookies from Diana & Ken. Make sure u enjoy at least 1 sunset. It's amazing.

Couldn't be happier! Such a peaceful spot. Gorgeous property, clean accommodations, stocked kitchen, plenty of lounge spots and boats for water fun. Highly recommend!

Super clean and will definitely stay here again when in the area. Host was great to communicate with and the area was super quiet.

Biggest disappointment was being given the incorrect code to unlock the door and losing 30+ minutes of our first night's plans. Host was very responsive and the view did not disappoint! I will definitely plan another stay there!

My wife and I, along with our two small dogs, stayed at the cottage on the lake for a week. We were visiting my elderly parents who are in Allen TX but wanted to have a more peaceful time as opposed to a hotel nearby. We enjoyed staying here very much. It was the perfect setting to relax and watch the sun set over the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very cute studio! Perfect for my son and I. They had cornhole that we played with. My son fished and we used the kayaks they had there. The weather kept us more then what we wanted to, but we would definitely come back!!!

A delightful surprise when you walk into the cottage. Tastefully decorated, everything you need for a short or longer stay. Beautiful peaceful setting on the lake. The only complaint was the couch is in need of a good cleaning. We covered it with one of the blankets… than all good!!

I was having a lot of stress due to a heavy workload and so was my partner. We were able to bring both dogs who had such a ball with all of the open space and the water.. will definitely recommend to friends family and everyone. For sure coming back. The only bad thing I can say is I can't give any more stars as this place deserves more than 5.

The rental inside was very clean & neat & well appointed & had plenty of amenities to cook with. The time of year we went was not as favorable as a summer visit. But, it was fun nonetheless.

Just about everything about our stay was great! It was very convenient, beautiful views, quiet, and peaceful. Exactly what we wanted. The only thing that I could suggest or comment on, is the bed was not very friendly. We both hurt from the stiffness of the bed the next day. The lighting on the patio was not quite enough for grilling. The check out time would be great if it could be extended just to allow time to sleep in a little, and maybe enjoy a nice breakfast the next morning before heading out. Even though there were a few things we were not super thrilled about, we definitely have talked about booking this property again and maybe even getting family or friends to book the other one for the weekend at the same time so we can all enjoy the space and view together.

We decided to bring in the new year here and it was absolute perfection. The studio had everything we needed and some bonus stuff, too. We enjoyed kayaking and waking the dogs along the lakeshore. Ken and Diana had great hospitality. This studio felt like a slice of Heaven- so peaceful and inviting. I highly recommend it. So glad it was available!!

Great property on the lake.

This was my second time at this little sweet spot exactly one year later and I felt right at home again. It is so peaceful, relaxing, & quiet. So fun to be able to use the kayaks, fire pit area, games, etc. They provide everything you need & you also might get a sweet surprise the morning of check out!

Diana and Ken have a slice of heaven in their property! We stayed in the studio and it was a great find! The view through the French doors of the lake is beautiful, and the gradual slope of the property from our door to the water allows for a great walk with the dogs! The bathroom is lovely, the bed comfy, and the linens are very nice! IF we had wanted to cook, the kitchen is completely stocked, we've never stayed anywhere with such a selection of appliances ! Thank you again !!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Diana and Ken. They helped make my daughter's special day perfection. The Bride and Groom were over the moon with the location and the event. If yoy are looking for an intimate get away or the perfect venue for a small gathering, you will not find a better place!

We enjoy staying at this location. So relaxing after a long day at the race track.

Excellent location on the lake

It was nice and quiet. Just what we needed a few days to ourselves. Do bring bug spray if during mosquito season there were lots out there and was hard to enjoy the patio at night. No fault of property owner.

We booked this property because we had tickets to a concert in Arlington. After checking in and seeing everything the property had to offer, we didn’t want to go to the concert. The rental is lakefront so beach chairs, umbrellas, canoes and kayaks are lined at the waters edge ready for use. The unit was so cute and very well decorated. From the super comfortable bed, whirlpool tub, walk in shower with 2 shower heads to the washer and dryer, this place was literally home away from home. We fished all day and caught plenty of fish. The owners were available 24/7 and we’re very welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Cozy by the lake experience. Very helpful when I had some low level questions. Great boating options. Beautiful little traffic lake. Great for kids swimming.

Such a great location, you feel very secluded from the hustle and bustle of the world around you, yet close enough to access major restaurants, shopping etc. The property owners are so nice too and make you feel right at home! We had an awesome experience and will definitely return in the future!

This was a great place to host our baby shower. The owners were great, they had tables and chairs for our event. They were nice and had great communication with me.
