Our family rented this beautiful oceanfront home over Memorial Day weekend for a family reunion, and it exceeded our expectations. The home comfortably accommodated our group of nearly 30 people. The first and second floors feature identical layouts, each with a full kitchen, ample sleeping arrangements, and plenty of space for gathering. The third floor includes additional bedrooms and beds, making it ideal for large families or multi-generational groups. The beachfront location is outstanding. The views of the ocean are absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed easy access to the beach throughout our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were also a huge hit with both adults and children. One of our biggest concerns before arriving was parking, but that turned out not to be an issue. The property comfortably accommodated between seven and nine vehicles, which was more than sufficient for our group. The location is another major advantage. The home is conveniently located between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Kure Beach, approximately one mile in either direction, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shopping, attractions, and beach activities. The house was clean upon arrival, everything worked properly, and the property was adequately stocked with household essentials and kitchen items. It was clear that the owners and management team take pride in maintaining the home.Overall, this was an excellent vacation rental for our family event.

The home is fabulously located and allows for a very large gathering. The elevator was perfect for elderly and toting supplies up and down daily. The unit wasn’t as clean as expected and was mentioned by several members in our party. I don’t think anyone had ever vacuumed the furniture or under cushions. And, relying on the last tenants to clean dishes well isn’t a great idea. Overall we had a good experience!

The property was fantastic for the large family group we had. Small issue with the WiFi which was resolved extremely fast by the owner. Flies were crazy but that isn’t anything to do with the property owner. Overall perfect stay and will definitely consider coming back.

The space was large and clean (though one child who got a rug burn from the dining room rug ended up with a large infected streptococcal abscess). Beautiful view, easy beach access, kitchen well equipped with dishes, appliances, etc. Our fans and AC weren't working at different points, and the grill was disgusting; the management company remedied the issues relatively quickly, but it was HOT to be without AC for 2 days (luckily it was only one floor, and otherwise the temperature was very comfortable). There was not enough bedding for the trundle beds (despite paying extra to have bedding included) so we had to purchase our own blankets from Walmart. Several people, adults and kids, got splinters on hands and feet from the beach access decking (it desperately needs to be treated). Plenty of parking, access to pool toys, covered decks to get out of the sun. More umbrellas are needed at the pool (it's full sun all day) and the plastic lounge chairs are so cheap you couldn't sit it some of them without them collapsing. Bunk rooms on third floor were great for kids to hang out/sleep.
