Maui Vista 3112 Lovely Remodeled unit on the Ground Floor with Large Lanai
Fuga tropicale con vista sull'oceano che ti permette di uscire dal tuo balcone direttamente sulla spiaggia. A pochi passi dalla bellissima Charley Young Beach. Unità completamente ristrutturata con piastrelle in gres porcellanato, lavasciuga full size, armadi in ciliegio e letto Murphy. 6 campi da tennis, 3 piscine e vicino alla zona barbecue. C'è anche un ampio parcheggio.
Il condominio è dotato di WI-FI gratuito, grande TV a schermo piatto, ampio lanai esterno (terrazza o balcone) e un letto a baldacchino. L'unità ha una cucina completa in modo da poter preparare i propri pasti dal meraviglioso mercato del contadino nelle vicinanze o dal negozio di alimentari a poca distanza in auto. Se hai bambini, c'è un fantastico parco nel raggio di un chilometro. La pista ciclabile South Kihei Road è fantastica se vieni in bici mentre sei in vacanza.
Maui Vista ha un bellissimo paesaggio nel suo resort tentacolare. Vicino a tutto da shopping, escursioni, golf, ristoranti e attività in spiaggia. Godrai della natura tranquilla di Maui Vista che è vicino all'azione ma abbastanza lontano per essere tranquillo e rilassante. Alcuni dei migliori ristoranti che Maui ha da offrire sono solo a breve distanza in auto o Uber.

The property is just like the pictures, well almost, I believe the dinning room table is different, but it was nice. you have air-conditioning in both rooms. Rice cooker, stove works, only thing I would suggest is to open the padio door when you are cooking, because there is no ventilation above the stove. We did have a problem with the toilet not shutting off, but I called the rental company, and they had someone out within the hour, and it was late friday after noon, was very impressed with that, they even sent me an email saying that Marlyn was on his way, he was very nice and professional as well, and had the problem fixed, right away. you can op to drive down to the beach, there is a parking lot right across the street, otherwise the walk down is easy, a little bit of a hill coming back, because you are in the 3rd building, which was quite and less traffic, we have stayed in the 2nd building, and it seemed more people in and out there, we enjoyed being in the back. the pool is right outside your lanai, and it never got too noisy from anyone, and you can walk right thru the grass to the pool which is salt water, very nice. Couple of tips for everyone, if you go to longs drugs, go to the travel section, and they have mini bottles of laundry soap, six loads for 3, perfect for our stay, but bring your own dryer sheets, Check out the Wailea Mall down the street, they have a free hula show, very entertaining, lasts about an hour, get there early for a seat, check website

The dishwasher and sink were pretty stinky and dishwasher didn’t work great. And there were ants in the bathroom. But if you look past that, the location was great and the Murphy bed sets this one apart from other Maui vista properties we have stayed at before!

We took our adult children to Maui and our stay was great at our unit. It’s was convenient, clean and had all the necessities to eat in when we wanted to.Close to the beach, tennis courts and restaurants. We hope to come back soon!

the property management was very effective in effecting repairs to screen door, toilet and wifi. Unfortunately the bathroom and kitchen bug infestation did not get eliminated.
