Perfect house for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. We rented this house during the PGA heritage and was the perfect location, close to tournament play but far enough away to avoid the large crowds.

This place was wonderful. We’ve stayed just about everywhere in HHI but Sea Pines is our favorite and this house was perfect. Lots of room and updated throughout. The location was a short bike ride to the both the beach, Harbourtown and South Beach. Needed maintenance to fix dryer and they were on the spot with a loaner in one day and a new one the next day. Things happen in rental houses and all you can ask for is responsiveness and these guys were fantastic. Perfect spot. We decided to stay there again next year!

Great long weekend in Hilton Head!

House was nice but not renter-friendly. Bikes and sauna were all locked down and we had to call numerous times to have simply questions answered. There was no guest book or how-to reference material.
Interior was mostly updated aside from the master bedroom and bath. No tvs in any bedroom which was not documented. Backyard was underwhelming. Pool access was dangerous and decking surround was hazardous. Families with kids beware!
