The rooms are tidy, comfortable and clean.
The receptionist is polite and friendly
Near to all prime locations
The pool cannot be used after 8pm
The owner is not polite, our room door was open we forgot to close it and we friends were chit-chatting the owner came and spoke rudely instead of telling us to close the door which was very awkward he needs to learn how to treat or behave with customers.

Staff were helpful and responsive to our concerns. Location is good, 30 minutes by walk from Old Town, and close to a street with a lot of shops and restaurants.
Despite the owner offered us the parking area, the roads are extremely narrow and 2-way, so driving there was a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend hiring a car in Budva.

The rooftop swimming pool is lovely, staff on reception went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms comfortable and all facilities you could need.

The pool was nice after the beach.
We came to the property and we had no Fridge we got it later after a complaint even tho it was VERY small Max 4 bottles.The owner forces you to leave the pool at 20:30 even tho the rooftop bar is open till 22:00.The receptionist doesn’t any English,German or Jugoslavic Language.Overall not worth the money for the Apartment and the 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
