Did not have a chance to stay there

Booked this hotel for my Director twice and twice was cancelled and moved to different location due to building issues. Very convenient for hotel to catch customers and then last moment to move them somewhere else, too much of a coincidence

I like the new design. I've stayed there previously before the refurbishment and it was awful and dated so this time was a nice, modern style and very comfortable king size beds.

We have stayed 6 nights, I refused the room to be cleaned on our second day but I agreed to clean following days. Our room wasn't cleaned a single time which was disappointing. We asked for more loo roll and fresh towels in the end but the room never got cleaned. The rooms could do with a kettle as there is a couple of kettles and cups on the corridor to share with all other rooms on that floor. No lift or stair lift makes it hard for elderly or disabled people to climb up the stairs.

Great location in the centre of the city. Room was nice size. Pretty comfy beds. On the first floor there is restaurant, so we had dinner and breakfast(even they doesn't have it in menu but they made the breakfast for us).

Wifi didn't work. Near our checkout time (10-40) suddenly hot water went off. I believe that these occasions were only in this time and in future you will escape these problems.
