He was taking more than amount of online booking amount. He was not accept online payment . demanding extra amount .

Rooms were neat and clean and we had a tough time when we reached there at 11.30 in the night and initially we have been told that booking has been cancelled as the Guest house is under renovation , though staff was cooperative and helpful.

The major problem is when we somehow managed to reached at 11.30 in the night in the deserted location of the Guest House, we have been told that they will not allow to stay as the guest house is under renovation. No one informed us earlier. It was total darkness in the street and there was no other hotel nearby and not even a place to eat. After lot of discussions on the phone with manager and booking team, and when we requested as its mid night and there is no other place nearby, they allowed us to stay back . There was no bill board/display board of the name of the Hotel, si it took some time to exactly find the place in night . Breakfast was not given, as on our arrival, we have been told that Breakfast is not included, though it has been mentioed while booking that Breakfast is complmentary. As far the location is concerned, its was very far from the airport.
