the villa was well appointed, spacious & comfy; lovely balcony & BBQ area with great bush outlook, lovely space to wind down at the end of the day. The villa was close to everything we needed. & to top it off, our host was easy to communicate with.

the main thing ... it's a bit of a hike to the villa from the car park which was ok when we stayed as the weather was fine. (a different story if weather was bad). I think the availability of a luggage trolley would be of benefit, especially for families or older visitors. (this would save many trips back to the car for extra gear)

Location was great! Peaceful and quiet

Outdated.

Secluded, quiet and a great getaway space.

The property is huge and sprawled out. So you have to travel by vehicle as walking takes too long.

The good parts. The location. The bush setting was beautful. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff at the Bistro in the Resort were all very friendly and accomodating. Outdoor deck was a nice spot to sit and enjoy the view.

There was a change in ownership of the property after initially booked. This was poorly communicated. As a result of this change we were unable to use the resorts pools. The whole check-in process was poor. The owner uses Airkeeper. The staff on the other end of the phone was rude and unhelpful. Once in the property is was quite nice. We asked for sofa bed for 5th guest and it looked like it hadnt been freshly made. The air con in the main bedroom didnt work properly. There were broken sections of the railing on the balcony which would be extremely dangerous for families with small children. Property has so much potential but was dissapointing for us. Please be aware there are alot of stairs. Not good for people or children with mobility issues.
