Il servizio di pulizie e biancheria leggero ogni tre giorni è ciò che apprezzerai nel nostro monolocale con una camera da letto per ragazzi sulla spiaggia di Condado. Situato su Ashford Avenue, l'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da fantastici ristoranti, bar, supermercati, hotel e casinò. 15 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale Luis Munoz, 10 minuti dalla vecchia San Juan, 40 minuti da El Yunque. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, piscina riscaldata, palestra, sala giochi, campo da tennis. Sicurezza 24/7. Situato al secondo piano, il nostro appartamento Cabana fresco e luminoso offre 4 posti letto. Troverai un letto matrimoniale nella zona notte parzialmente separata e un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno. Tutte le lenzuola, i cuscini e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Forniamo servizio di pulizie leggero, nonché cambio biancheria e asciugamani ogni 3 giorni durante il vostro soggiorno! Forniamo anche teli da mare, sdraio e un dispositivo di raffreddamento! Hai accesso a tutto l'appartamento, nonché alla piscina riscaldata e al campo da tennis. Accesso 24/7 a palestra e sala giochi. Accesso 24/7 per eventuali emergenze o problemi. Beautiful beachfront condo in San Juan with an excellent location and responsive hosts. The owner and team were quick to address issues during my stay, which I appreciated. Early check-in was also a nice touch after traveling.There were a few hiccups at the start — the bed was missing sheets, fresh towels were not initially available, and the refrigerator was not working upon arrival. Thankfully, those items were corrected fairly quickly. The only issue that remained unresolved was the coffee setup. I asked about coffee filters and was told the reusable plastic filter was all that was needed, but unfortunately it had holes and didn’t work properly, so I wasn’t able to make coffee during the stay.Overall, still a good experience with a great beachfront atmosphere and attentive communication from the host team.

This apartment was just right for two people. It is small, but comfortable (the bed was particularly comfortable) and well laid out. The kitchen is very small, so maybe not the best if you intend to do some serious cooking (which we did not). Note the original balcony has been enclosed and turned into a dining area. This is convenient, but also means there is no private outdoor space (if that's important to you). Everything was clean and the complex was quiet and friendly. Great access to the pool and pool area, and direct access to the beach. The beach chairs and towels in the apartment were a nice touch. Location is fantastic - walkable to so many things. And it seemed like a good value for the price, compared to other accommodations in the neighborhood. We will definitely consider staying here again.

"I recently stayed at KASA Galicia by the Sea and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very clean, modern, and offered an excellent location—it is truly accessible to everything you might need during your stay.
The only downside to note is the parking situation. Although 'parking' is listed under popular amenities, upon check-in, you are notified that there is no onsite parking and all spaces are private. If you are traveling with a car, be prepared to look for offsite options.
Aside from that, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it for its cleanliness and prime location!

Was a really nice experience. Apt was clean and easy to access. Has nice restaurants and grocery store nearby. Pretty accessible to all things. Huge pool directly out your door with a beautiful beach just behind it. Public busses that are free are only a couple blocks away and we tried scooters which are always parked outside the facility and they helped reduce travel time for shorter distance activities. If you plan to do laundry. Bring 5 bills. Staff was great and friendly
