A lovely old rustic building with quirky and eccentric charm. Nice outdoor spaces set on three different terraces that had the sun all day. The terraced gardens are full of Almond, Olive and Lemon trees. The house is very well equipped and the property management company were excellent. It's a less than 10mins walk on the flat into the harbour with all the restaurants.

It is what is, it's an old agricultural building that's been repurposed into accomdation so don't expect a chic modern villa. A makeover of the bathroom shower facilities would be first on my to do list as the owner. Just be aware it's got a very steep spiral staircase to the first floor bedrooms. Probably not suitable for small kids , elderly or those mobility issues.

Great location for a family holiday, with just a short (eight minutes or so) and flat walk into the port, which is really lovely. The house is spacious, private and traditional, with lots of steep winding paths to explore and the pool was perfect for us. There was a shetland pony in the neighbouring property that came to greet us when we hung out our washing and we could see the lovely old trams passing from the pool. We loved getting lemons from the lemon tree. And the provision of some board games and loads of useful items like sewing kits etc were appreciated. We arrived after a terrible storm and so the owners called in to check everything was ok. They spoke very little English but the elderly gentleman was very charming. We hired a car but you don't need one.

The house isn't ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but it has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and we managed to get our 82-year-old up to the pool each day so we managed fine. New mattresses upstairs wouldn't go amiss – we couldn't move without a lot of squeaking and creaking – and a big person would struggle to squeeze into the tiny showers. We still loved it though.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely to come back to after the beach or trip into Palma. It is very near to the local beaches, shops and a good choice of restaurants and the tram stop is a short walk away. The outside eating space was nicely shaded in the early evening and the garden has several areas so you can have some quiet time. The laundry building and toilet near to the pool was very handy.

The paths up to the pool are quite steep I managed them but they could be hard for the less abled.

Not suitable for anyone with any mobility limitations. Pool is on a steep hill without any rails. Spiral staircase without any rails and gravel uneven approach to property Small shower however in keeping with traditional style of the property

Location was super. House had a wonderful ambiance & was full of character & charm. Upstairs sitting room was favourite room in the house. Beautiful place to watch the sun go down & enjoy cool evening breezes. Pool area really lovely.

Bathrooms a little basic & small for mar 6feet tall!!! Otherwise fine.

Villa was gorgeous in an amazing location - flat short walk to porte de soller. Lovely pool and grounds around the villa
