La localización y el precio.
Fueron amables al dejarme hacer checkout a las 12h, poero nunca vi al dueño.
No da sensación de seguridad, cualquiera que entre al edificio puede llegar a la puerta de las habiaciones o al baño sin más problema.

El baño aunque sea compartido deberian de limpiarlo cada dia.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ansich sehr sauber, leider wars das auch schon mit den positiven Urteilen!
Leider war in der beschreibung kein Hinweis auf die katastrophale Parksituation! Keine möglichkeit im näheren Umkreis einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Schon beim ausladen und einchecken ins Zimmer einen Strafzettel über 25,- Euro bekommen! Das ganze wiederholte sich auch die nächsten 2 Tage! Der Aufenthalt bescherte mir drei Abende ohne TV, da dieser keinen Empfang hatte! Ich benötigte auch kein Licht im Zimmer da die Straßenbeleuchtung in Fensterhöhe ist und somit auch das Zimmer immer gut ausleuchtete! Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft hat Pech gehabt. Obwohl das Fenster in die Fußgängerzone ging war es die ganze Nacht und vor allem ab 4.30 Uhr sehr laut durch Lieferanten, Müllwagen, Passanten und sonstigen Verkehr! Sorry, aber ich kann dieses Zimmer ( obwohl günstig ) ungerne empfehlen!

The owners were superb, i like the reception giving.
i got to the facility earlier than the check - in time but they welcome me, that was a great reception.
I requested for the city train map and i was provided plus the schedule, Many thanks Barbara and Team.
I like the facility, will surely visit again.
I was expecting the facility to have a kitchen/cooking utensils. But all the same like the few available.

You should carefully read before booking: this is not hotel. There 4 rooms in one floor. Each room has key (so you book only room you can lock). However, a room with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine is shared with all other guests (сcould be not comfortable but was ok in my case)

Wasn't comfortable, no to much facilities, the bathroom was common and you sometimes had to stand in line, and hot water was very rare.

Furth is place whitout life night.. You need to move out of this country but the hotel is in the central Position.
