We had a private double room, it was very comfortable and had lovely small touches
- Ongoing loud building work as the refurbishment is not fully complete (sparks in corridors, loud noises, stuff left out in communal areas)
- No drinking water provided for the entire stay, they ran out on Day 1 and it was never replaced despite us making them aware multiple times. Nearby supermarkets had plenty and there were refills stations on the streets, but the owner never bought more
- Only 2 bathrooms (combined toilet and shower), 1 of which was out of order for 2 of our 3 days
