Property is well located short walk to night life on Broadway in what appeared to be safe area. Rooms clean and good size.

Room size and location.

The room was exceptional! Bathroom was huge! Wine opener in room! Maybe 6 blocks from broadway! Bed was super comfortable! Room design is cool! The bathroom was so white and so clean! Breakfast was very good! Lobby is comfy! Would stay here again. I prepaid $190 total. Good price! But paring was $45 and that’s a rip off.

Cost of parking

We had a Studio Suite with 2 Queen beds & Kitchen. This room was very spacious & had full amenities, beds were comfy & shower was great. Breakfast was good, had alot of choice. Easy 5-10 min walk to downtown. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast had a mix of hot and cold options, plenty of choices for our allergen-ridden family, and it was all delicious. Every staff member was happy and friendly. Clearly great management in this hotel.

the heightened security in the elevators mean you scan your card to reach your floor. I am sure this makes some people feel safer, but it was a bit obnoxious.

The pool and breakfast both great

Room was never cleaned and as a family of 5 having the trash taken out would have been helpful.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado con respecto al centro, aunque es más tranquilo que los que están cerca de Broadway. Es una ciudad típica para ir de despedidas de soltero, por lo que es difícil encontrar sitios donde no haya mucho jaleo por la noche. Este hotel cumple con las expectativas de tranquilidad/emplazamiento.

- El desayuno era de muy poca calidad - Nos cortaron el agua y no avisaron, tuvimos que bajar a preguntar qué pasaba, el agua caliente nunca volvió. - La ventilación de las habitaciones era bastante mala, no se podían abrir las ventanas y el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba muy bien. - Nunca nos limpiaron la habitación en 4 días que estuvimos allí.

How close it was to everything! A 20 min walk or 5 min Uber! It was awesome!

The bed was super comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure. That’s basically where the good ends for me.

They cancelled my reservation because I didn’t check in at 4. I tried to contact the property to let them know I booked an extra day so when we landed Saturday morning, we’d have a room to check into right away until waiting until 4pm after being awake for 27 hours straight. The property didn’t acknowledge my message. Upon arrival and finding out the situation, the lady was not very compassionate and basically told us she would do her best to get us a room but we’d have to wait 3 hours. She also said she couldn’t guarantee it would be what I already had pre-paid for in full. We finally got checked in. The room was dirty (dirty Kleenex on the floor in the bathroom and clear signs of the previous customers still being there.) The walls were filthy with unknown substances all over them. The hotel staff didn’t seem to care about that at all. The following days of our stay were a complete mess. We had no hot water on the second day to shower and they basically said too bad and no idea when it would be fixed. Upon returning that night, we were told we were being relocated (great) to ensure we were in a hotel with hot water. The second hotel we were sent to was equally as dirty as the first one. We were told we had to call back the following morning because if the hot water was back, we were to return. The following day we had tours planned which we had to miss out on to wait to find out about the hotel as we had no where to leave our luggage in between (the hotel we were at wanted us out and the other one wouldn’t take us back). We were told the water was going to be fixed by 2:30 and we were expected to return. So we ventured over and got checked back into the same room we had initially had. We then proceeded to try and make the best of the rest of the day. When returning late that evening we were shipped to yet a different hotel as the hot water still wasn’t working. Although I’m grateful that they made accommodations for us elsewhere, it completely disrupted the flow.

The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The lobby is very nice and there's onsite laundry, nice indoor pool and exercise facilities. The parking at the hotel is $45 per night which we learned is common for Nashville hotels to charge. The awesome daily free breakfast made up for the parking fees. The hotel is also a close walk to Broadway. You have to use the key card to access everything at the hotel, including the elevators, but I like the security. Location was safe and quite. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel, room, location and breakfast exceeded our expectations. We were on an 8 day "road trip", staying at 3 different hotels. This property was by far the best! We plan on coming back in the future.

The room was beautiful. Staff was friendly.

The $300 for parking. When you’re charging over $100 a night I shouldn’t have to pay to park my vehicle. That’s ridiculous.

Breakfast was great; there were many options to choose from. Staff was great, and the location was perfect for visiting the heart of downtown.
