great staff, garage for the car and locked basement with heater for the ski boots.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is also very well equipped.
The location is also great, the ski slope is very close (through a short path through the forest in front of the apartment.
This place is above expectations, I can't recommend it enough. I would happily return in the future.

Flexible check in. Luigi was very kind and flexible. The appartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The 2 bathrooms mare our family life much easier. Can’t wait to go back again in March!

Very good location near the cable car station. The place is near main street but quite silent, up to the forest. The only sound is birds' singing. The appartment is fully equipped na comfortable. A parking place can fit even up two cars. A big terrace ahead is also a pro. The personnel is good including building service (chek-in/check-out) and reservation management (we needed addtional days and got them). Also the town is good for summer moutain hikers. Icluded Carinthia card allows to use services, visit attractions free of extra charge (cable lifts, museums, wildlife parks).
Water leaks from shower cabin to the bathroom. Internet connection could be faster.

It was on a great location, it was big and spacious. The owner was helpful and we could reach them 24/7. The kitchen was well equipped.
The floor was a little bit dirty, but we have got a hoover and could clean it.
It hasn’t got a washing machine and we had to pay a 100EUR final cleaning fee.

Kitchen tab was broken, after reminder nobody fixed it. Uncomfy beds.

Nice looking apartments in a great location for organising trips to surrounding mountains. Very helpful staff willing to help in every situation.

Very good location of accommodation. Parking for two cars was perfect. Basement for bicycles. Kitchen well equipped, only missed cutting or chopping board.
Very bad Internet and wifi signal in the apartment . They have more than 300 TV programs, but no list and index of most usable TV stations available
