Everything! Location was excellent and place was kept very clean.

None I was very impressed.

Nice room, furnished well, comfy bed.

Pool area was substandard. Visalia has pool weather 7-8 months a year. Having a little pool next to the street is awful and ugly. The hotel signage was minimal, making it difficult to know if it was really the hotel or another medical building.

First...I really, really enjoyed this place. The room was cozy, the towels were thirsty, and they had the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced on the road! The pool and the hot tub were a big bonus! It opens up earlier and it stays open later then others that I have experienced.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! I misunderstood and acquired a $75 charge I wasn't expecting! FOR PARKING! Unless you arrive by Uber, you will be charged $15 a night for parking in the lot outside of your room! Not in a garage, not by valet, and not included in your room stay! You can park on the street for no charge! But they will charge you no matter where you park in that gigantic parking lot! Nearly $1,000 for 4 nights and I was still charged to park right outside my room window! As a kinship foster parent grandmother with twins, that extra charge is a lot!
