Nice quiet street .. comfortable beds home from home

Characterful house and area. Good location in Hoole, great local amenities and also easy to walk into chester city centre. No problem parking and was quiet.
House felt generally a bit grubby. Needs a freshen up. Bedrooms food but living space is tight.

The water pressure in the house was very bad with the shower just stopping at times. It was also either scalding or cold and sometimes went cold without you doing anything. The property was clean (though many of the plates etc weren’t) but very small - there was no room to put the table up for example. It was perfectly fine but I felt an awful lot for the quality and location.
