No staff but instructions were clear enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Location near center of town was great and just down the street from the beach. Having proper size shower gels and laundry and iron was handy getting ready for a wedding.

Location was central, Dunsborough is ideal for visiting the region, great beaches, close to Margaret River wineries.

The location was the best aspect of the place.
The air conditioning was set far too low and was not adjustable. It made the room temperature very unpleasant. Guests should be able to set a temperature that suits them. We also found some ants crawling in the bed sheets. Although something you cannot control the birds were noisy virtually all night long. This made it difficult to so.

Very small but excellently equipped room with great kitchenette facilities including microwave, deep sink to fill water bottles, plates/ cutlery/ glasses & wine glasses;) New compact bathroom and kitchenette but very well thought about for functionality;)
Appreciated the large pump soap and Shampoo and conditioner in the shower- less wasteful than the small bottles and also nice to have small milk in fridge:)
Resort was well maintained, nice outdoors spaces and verandah outside room to sit;) Very close to town and beach to walk to everything:)
Bed was pretty small/ maybe could suggest less chunky furniture to fit larger bed and maybe some bedside lamps be nice:)
Pool was closed for maintenance but maybe could have been mentioned on booking property but was still a great place!
Some Units are individually owned so not sure if all will be as good as this one- pot luck.

Location was fabulous, easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants.
Great king room with spa which was enjoyed on Saturday night.
Would have been handy to have an iron in the room as we were attending a wedding on the Friday.

The beds were very comfortable, and having the town centre across the road was super convenient.
The bathmats could be larger, or maybe have an extra in the rooms.

Excellent location close to the main shops and restaurants and only a couple of minutes from the beach. Accommodation was clean and well-equipped. Easy parking.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, right in the Dunsborough Town Centre and close to many amenities including shops, restaurants and the beach.
The room was presented nicely and was the perfect size for our stay.
After accidentally leaving an item behind after checking out of the room, the staff team were more than willing to help us track it down and get it safely returned.

Location was great, in the centre of Dunsborough. Unit was very clean. Complex nice, but we were sad the pool was not open! Great exercise to go up and down the stairs (it is said in the booking that there is no lift so that was all good, keeps you fit!)
As it is a 2nd floor apartment it got quite hot if we did not run the aircon. Apartment quite small, bathroom very small, with a tiny sink. My friend did not sleep well on the mattress but I did not have a problem. WiFi did not work, it did not connect well at all.

The apartment was beautifully accessorized with Art from Vietnam and Indonesia. The attention to detail was impressive. The location was right in the heart of the town opposite a coffee shop and next to a restaurant and 100 m from the beach.
It had everything except for teabags which I forgotten to bring. It had coffee and sugar and oil and all the essentials just not tea. Everything else was exceptional.

Ac above the bed led light screen for temperature felt like there was a spot light lighting up the room all night .
Also light switch next to the mirror in 32b was arc flashing behind the wall "electrical fault caused by two conductors touching extremely hazardous "fire" .

Excellent location, easy instructions for check in and arrival.
Very bright room kept us from sleeping, was a light on the balcony outside the window and no curtains, disappointing for the price.

Very spacious apartment with comfortable king size bed, spa and fully equipped kitchen allowing for self catering. Location is very central to Dunsborough town centre but also close to the beach. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay again.

The photos used are not the room you are getting. It implies it is an apartment but is actually a room with the bathroom in the main room. No privacy for a shower apart from a shower curtin.

It was close to everything
Hated the room that we got it was more like a cupboard than a room and when I tried to talk to someone I got told that I would need to pay for a full payment to get another room what a joke, definitely will not go back there.

Accommodation was perfect for what we were wanting and location very convenient to tien and close to everything we wanted to see and do.
Dishes in cupboards and cutlery were filthy from last people that stayed. Not a big deal though.

The position was good and it was clean. You had use of washing machine and dryer which was useful when you have been travelling for awhile.
The loft is far too small and not comfortable. Bathroom tiny and no hairdryer.

Good location being close to all local amenities. The apartment was well laid out, comfortable and clean. Self-check in was really easy.
The blinds didn't block out the light on the outside wall so didn't sleep as well as we hoped to. Although the self-check in was really easy we drove round the site a couple of times trying to find our apartment number. Only the non-privately owned accommodation is well numbered.
