Le città storiche di GA di Greensboro, Madision, Eatonton e molte altre sono solo a breve distanza in auto.

My family and I met at this fabulous lake house for an unexpected gathering. We entered into this bright home greeted by beautiful views of the lake thru the back doors and windows. It was fully equipped with everything and anything we could’ve asked for. Incredibly organized which made it easy to find things and put back where they belong for the next persons stay. So much natural light everywhere, always a plus for me! The furniture was cozy and comfortable. We played games and did puzzles that are there for your enjoyment.
I’ve stayed in many rentals and Kadys home is right up there in the top!! Thank you again for making your home so welcoming to your renters! On the list of homes we would love to go back to one of these days!

Me and my three childhood friends had the best lake weekend! Massages at the spa, dinners at local restaurants and hours and hours of talking on the back porch! Perfection!

I was truly impressed with everything about the home. The kitchen amenities were awesome. Loved the porch and daybed. Beautiful sunrise Saturday morning and today.
Unfortunately, the pool was closed for unsafe chlorine levels. It was perfect for a short family vacation.

Location is perfect…just steps from the pool and the lake. The beach area behind the pool is knee deep up to about 20 or 30 yards which makes it perfect for the kiddos to splash around all day. The back porch is so peaceful in the evenings and is very spacious. The house was clean and the communication from the owner was very responsive. Check in process was also easy and had no issues. Property is convenient to local eateries and a Publix grocery store (all about a 10 - 15 minute ride). Can’t wait to go back again!

We had a great time! Our only negative comment is that it seemed like no one was checking on the cleanliness of the community pool.

Such a wonderful property and wonderful management! We could not have asked for a better house to stay in while celebrating our daughter's college graduation from UGA. Not only was the house and property nice, but the house was stocked with everything we could even think about needing and all the electronics were clearly marked with instructions. We loved it!

Great location. Property was clean, well organized and labeled. Easy to find items like remotes and instructions were clear on how work things like the TV, ceiling Fans, air conditioning, etc. House had household essentials stocked. Kitchen appliances and washer /dryer were upgraded. Mattresses were very comfortable. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions.

This house is perfect for a quick get away. The house is located about 25 ft from the lake. It is nicely appointed. Kady, the owner, does a great job at stocking the house and making sure guests have everything they need. I love this house and look forward to coming back again and again! Kady is also a reliable and responsive property open.

2nd Summer Vacation Spent Here!
This was our second time coming, and will not be our last! We had such a great vacation with family! The owner is so friendly and communicates well, the house is in excellent condition, a very short walk to the pool and the lake beach. We just could not ask for better.

We walked through the neighborhood every morning, loved the pool, fishing off the dock, going out in the kayak for some exercise, and then we spent two days on Lake Oconee in a boat we rented from Young Harris. We love Lake Oconee and the Great Waters location. Our only regret is that we were unable to complete the puzzle we started! 😂 Thank you for opening up your charming home!

Everything is great! Loved the screened porch, the walking trails, tennis court! House is very clean, well equipped kitchen. The bed is the most comfortable ever! We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend staying at this house!

It was very comfortable, clean and convenient to golf, restaurants and hiking trails. The screened-in back porch is so peaceful and quiet with a view of the lake. The owners are very nice to work with. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Chill Fall Weekend
Enjoyed a small friends and family birthday trip to this quiet cul de sac location with stunning lakeviews. House is close to the lakeshore walking path and the interior is well appointed with everything you will need to prepare food and beverage. The Pub nearby was a short 5 minute walk along the path. Although too cold for a boat rental, the fall colors made up for it. Would love to visit again.

We loved our stay at Lake Oconee! This home had everything! Easy access to thr lake, pool, and tennis courts ensured a great time for our family. Kady was so easy to communicate with. We are already talking about planning another trip!
