Одно из лучших мест где мы останавливались в новом гудаури. Вид из окна второго этажа прямо на склон. Очень хороший напор воды в душе. На кухне есть все необходимое.
В гостиную можно шторы от солнца.

Very good location, ski in ski out near by lift, comfortable ski room with locker, good view from the window and balcony. Very good appartments, but little bit small for family with 2 children
Noisy outside, music everyday until midnight in nearby bars , no staff support if you need another towel or toilet paper nobody will give you, you must go to the store and buy

The location is perfect and the apartment in itself is very cozy, warm and well equipped. It was our second time in Gudauri so it was perfect to be able to ski in and out of the hotel.
I know other reviews said the communication with the host was always timely but in our case it took 3 days to get a reply about the check out procedure and that reply was when we were already back in the country we live. It's safe to say some instructions and details about how the property is serviced, what's included, check-in, check-out, how the appliances function; these are all things a guest needs to know in advance in order to enjoy the stay.
