Die ruhige Lage und Nähe zum Signal-Iduna-Park ist hervorzuheben.
Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich.
Aufgrund einer kurzfristigen Hochzeitsfeier wurden bis spät in die Nacht Stühle und Tische gerückt, an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken.
Der Fernseher war durch einen Code gesichert, obwohl dieses Problem anscheinend schon längere Zeit bekannt ist, wurde an der Beseitigung kein wirkliches Interesse gezeigt. Erst als wir den Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer gefordert hatten, wurde reagiert und der Küchenchef kümmerte sich um unser Anliegen.
Leider waren im Lachs (Frühstücksbuffet) 2 lange schwarze Haare, was den Eindruck des sehr leckeren und großzügigen Frühstücksbuffets leider schmälert.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Nachtportier - er machte spät abends vieles möglich und versorgte uns nach dem BVB Spiel noch mit dem ein oder anderes Getränk. Es war eine angenehme Runde mit Teilnehmer aus vielen Teilen Deutschlands.

Ein ruhig gelegenes Hotel, in Dortmund gut zu finden. Ausreichende Parkflächen und ein hervorragendes mit Liebe gemachtes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren superfreundlich, das Restaurant ist klasse, das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

It is difficult to give a review. It would have been good to know that only one staff member was available due to a new National holiday. The bar and restaurant were not open. It was highly disappointing.
No bar, no restaurant, no staff due to national holiday. If we'd known this we'd have stayed over the border in the Netherlands.

The staff at the reception is very helpful, at least the lady with whom i interacted a few times. In the suite conditioning was a blessing (arrived at hot times), also the shower cabin/bathtube is spacious.
The hotel is build quite some time ago, you can see things need a refreshment here and there, but not to the extend that all is falling apart.
