We called and emailed for almost two hours attempting to get the keys. No answer. We were then trying to find other accommodations when we called just one more time. This time the host answered and said they were available now - we’ll past the check in time window.

A lockbox would have worked out much better to get the keys. Also the wood floor was very squeaky. If any of us woke up in the night to use the restroom, it woke up the rest of the family. We didn’t get much sleep.

the apartment was clean and has a good / new bathroom and wel organized kitchen. The view from the terras is great!

the people in the apartment above were moving out in the middle of the night which was very noisy.

Very well located especially if you want to go to Europapark. Very easy check-in/out with the host who is very kind The appartment is nice, spacious and very well equiped, parking in the street in front of the house. Typical good an affordable restaurants very close.

the second bedroom located on a mezzanine under the roof offers beds and space enough for children but is a bit narrow for teenagers.

The location was very good and the view from the balcony is soothing. The house was clean and everything necessary was available at the place.

Internet speed and connectivity was not good. Limited internet connectivity in both the bedrooms and balcony.
