extremely clean friendly host helped out in the middle of the night when needed the code for gate and front door the games and puzzles were clearly enjoyed by the previous guest but nonetheless we organized all of them and played/puzzeled 4-6 different choices they had.

Beautiful! Very close to the beach and plenty of space for everyone 😀

Having only one key fab to get into the security gate, so we spent a lot of time either waiting to let family members in or waiting to be let in, which wasn't relaxing and very annoying.

Xanadu was a wonderful place for our family of 5 to stay! We were so pleased with the condo, the location, the pool and more. It was completely gated in, very private, they were cleaning the pool daily, there was a trash shoot on our floor to save us time. Only thing missing was recycling can.. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The condo was absolutely stunning! extremely spacious, every thing we needed included from hairdryer, to dove toiletries, beach chairs, a wagon and family games. TV’s in every room including dining room which saved us with anxious toddlers who could hardly sit still. There was only one trash bag and one roll of napkins provided, so be prepared with more if you need. The kitchen was loaded with all dishes you would need. We will book here again for our next beach trip. ✨🌊

There was a funny odor when entering and the halls and elevator smelt like dog but it wasn’t to overwhelming. Recycling can in room, but not in trash room to dispose recycling.

honestly, for what we paid, we were pretty disappointed. the cleaning fee is absolutely outrageous and I regret moving forward with this booking…. 2 nights for over $800 dollars I absolutely expected more. The property itself was located within walking distance to the beach, and the unit Was nicely decorated. But the overall property and building were so outdated and seemed run down. The smell of the building /elevator/ and unit was so off-putting. immediately, we all noticed the building and unit smelled awful- it was a mix of old stale cigarettes, sewage/garbage and Musty, dank and damp. my daughter and I both suffer from bad allergies to mold and dust mites and within the first 30 mins of getting in our room we noticed our noses running like crazy. there is not a washer and dryer in the unit- there’s coin laundry in the hallway,…which also smells moldy and musty. We were also bummed to discover there was not any coffee…. most condos/villas/ airBnBs I’ve stayed at include coffee to be used with the machines but not here. ugh. We also found several things really lacking basic maintenance - the pool was super janky and run down looking with many broken chairs. there were fire ants allover the pool area. How hard is it to have the maintenance worker spray that area? We couldnot sit on any of the pool chairs because they had huge red ants crawling all around and on them. There was all kinds of litter and trash in the moat and around the parking lot/ off the walk ways, and it just had such a junky look to it. soap dispensers not filled and just about empty, broken doorknobs, fixtures, Light-switches not working, the tv in the twin bedroom was not set up into any programming …. so while there was a working tv in that room, there was nothing you could actually watch on it. This stuff all felt very annoying, ESPECIALLY when I would remember how much this place cost us….

The amount of room in the unit. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths served my family of adult children well. Newly remodeled and many appliances/utensils to use for cooking. There were beach chairs, wagon, etc. there for our use, which was a nice surprise - we had packed our own but it was nice to see those were available. If we had only known ahead of time.

Since we were traveling with adult children, we weren't always going in the same direction. We were only given one key fob to enter the gate and building. We had to wait on someone to let us in, which was frustrating. This wasn't convenient at all until we got the second one, which we had to ask for and go pick up. The TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work. We reported it but it didn't get fixed. The last day one of the tubs stopped up.
