Fabulous place,clean,spacious and a great location

Jenna was extremely helpful. Made our stay really comfortable. The House was wonderful, fabulous location and views. Loved the huge deck area, and since we had both flats we enjoyed the whole house tremendously.

Not a biggie, but would be nice to have portable fans in the bedrooms, in the 2 bedroom flat. It does get a bit stuffy in the afternoons.

Cannot say enough, awesome accommodation. Two couples and loved how we had identically size rooms and own bathrooms. The view is so pretty and very private, good swimming. Janna the Host is great, bacon and eggs etc in the fridge for us when we arrived complete with beer from the Rarotanga Brewery. We hired a car and scooters off Janna as well. Will definatley be coming back to stay here. Highly recommend. Thanks Janna.

close to airport and town. on the beach

A little hard to find.

Location - super close to everything Lots of space for the family to stretch out with two bathrooms and a big outdoor space w/ backyard leading to the beach. Nice and modern - great facilities

Very teeny bin and only one in the house but we used the outdoor ones but would have been nice to have larger in kitchen and small ones in each bathroom.

Maybe the linen we were there for 6 bites and didn’t have any clean linen Also I didn’t think the linen we did have was up to standard meaning the laundering process no little bins in bathrooms no complimentary soap or shampoo for our arrival sorry there was 1 small soap also outside there seem to be a stench coming from some sepage maybe from the brewery it was running down the steps on the left side of the house

They set us up with some breakfast items for our arrival, which was really nice of them. It has all been very easy and incredibly pleasant. Sad to leave so soon, but we’ll be back!

Modern apartment with good quality fittings and finishings. Hosts were very helpful and attentive to needs - even thinking ahead to what we might need due to a late arrival. The location (location location!) That view! Coffee with feet on the deck facing east for sunrise. Scotch with feet on the deck facing west for sunset. Nothing is very far away in Rarotonga but it was extra nice to have the main shops a short drive to the CBD and fun places a short drive in the other direction. Really a perfect place for a chilled break and be self sufficient.

No fault of the apartment or the hosts but the roosters in Rarotonga are loud!
