Stayed in knott house
Beautiful scenic location, reasonable price for 12 people, comfortable beds, lots of space, perfect for a big family getaway
Not enough toilet paper for 12 people, no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid was very cheap which was not very useful
Lots of the kitchen items provided were not very clean
2 ensuite toilets and one main so essentially one toilet shared between 8 people
If there was more details of what was provided in the booking information we could have brought these items with us, however had to find a shop in order to get them once we were there which was inconvenient

The property was in a beautiful location. Bedrooms were big and spacious. All kitchen utensils and equipments were complete. Carpark spaces in front of the house were available.
The kitchen could’ve been a little more spacious.
The mattresses could benefit from being replaced, as they no longer provided adequate support.

Beautiful property and setting. Very spacious, good heating system. We were a group and everybody was delighted.
Well equipped kitchen (cutlery, kettle, teapot, gas hob, etc). Good wifi also.
Being an old manor house, some windows had a significant draft. Fortunately the heating system was superb, so we were fine. But it’s something that could be improved. They would save a lot of energy.

It was big enough for us all
It wasn’t cosy like the photos suggest the bathroom needed updating and some new paint would have been good
