Everything close to work during weather

Every thing was very nice and very clean and convenient

Breakfast was good, especially the gravey. Breakfast worker ( Linda, I think) was wonderful

Grind down the curbs on the driveways,they were very jolting even in a Lincoln. Nice

One of the reading lamps was not working, but that was OK. I wasn't reading... We brought our doggie and so did others. No problems. The free waffles (can't go wrong) were the best ever.

The staff cheerfully moved us to a different room on the wife's request. No extra charge. The first room had an odor the wife hated. Smelled a bit smokey.

The breakfast was great and staff very helpful. Food was hot and tasty. Good parking and motel was quiet.

we had a receptacle in our room with a hand written note to not use ??? There was only lukewarm water at the faucet on the bath vanity, hot in tub though.

Linda was charming at breakfast and spoke to us each breakfast. Mary was also very helpful as well. Very clean and new feeling. It was close to The Ark !

Price-expensive. Need safer bath tubs. Too slick and more handicap bars.

We were in a room for disabilities. The shower ran into the entire bathroom floor. The shower floor was very slippery and my disabled husband fell. I almost fell because of all the water that overflowed onto the rest of the bathroom. I told the front desk and said that they know about the water overflowing every time the shower is on. They cleaned the floor immediately but did nothing when I told them my husband fell.

Cleanliness and close proximity to attractions

Breakfast was amazing!! Even though it was a long line wait for hot Breakfast, the ladies made amazing eggs that were worth waiting for. Clean rooms, new towels daily, good atmosphere in the facility!

Pool area was a little small, had to time your visit right to not be overcrowded there.

We went to the Ark. it was convenient to that venue. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was was very friendly and kept the food fresh and hot.

We immediately noticed the dead bolt to the room door did not work. I called down to the front desk and they assured me the door would be fixed on Monday. We slept that night without the comfort of a secured door. We came back from the Ark on Monday and the door was never repaired. We had to sleep for the second night in a room without a secured door. Very disappointing they did not have quick attention to the safety and security of their guests. I brought this to the attention for the third time when I checked out and all the attendant said was she would try to adjust my costs for the room. This is the first time I have had issues with a hotel booked through booking.com. I would appreciate some sort of cost adjustment because we certainly did not sleep as soundly and comfortable as we should have. Thank you. V.Furr

Just inconvenienced a little but I was taken care of by the staff. Very helpful and courteous. Also made my inconvenience right . Very much appreciated

The property was very clean! We enjoyed the inviting lounge area with fireplace. We loved having a sectional in a separate part of our spacious room. We liked the anti-fog mirror in the bathroom. The AC was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind. It was close to the Ark Encounter.

The bathroom floor didn’t seem clean in the corners. There were also some black resin-like spots on it. One washcloth was stained, and one had a hole in it.

Good selection of drinks at the breakfast buffet.

The buffet didn't have any type of potatoes. Like tots or hash browns. The bathroom room lacked towel racks and not enough other mirrors. The couch was very uncomfortable. We were surprised of no hot tube
