We really liked the view of the canal from the balcony, and the apartment is very spacious.
Although the apartment instructions asked us to leave the beach equipment organized and free of sand, the reality is that many of the items had sand on them, were disorganized, and some were even broken. It would be a good idea to do a quick inventory to discard the useless ones or replace them."

We have stayed here for 6 years in a row,, we absolutely love Captains Cove #102.

Condo had bugs. Every day we woke up with new bites. Washed all of the bedding and that help a little. The condo association is too strict, stupid rules!! Can’t have ANYTHING sit out in the parking garage (beach stuff, bikes etc). The condo association manager goes around putting violation slips on anything sitting out! Saw him arguing with another vacationer about having his bike out. No elevator, have to carry all of your stuff up/down several flights of stairs.
