Lovely villa In quiet location. Our stay was during very hot weather and the pool was very welcome. There seemed to be a lot of mosquitoes so essential doors kept closed. Very quiet location and a car is essential. The very well equipped villa had all we needed for a relaxing family holiday. We were met by Marko who was very welcoming.

This villa is far better than the photos! Everything has been thought of. The host was friendly and helpful prior to arrival and during our stay! We were greeted with a wonderful welcome too! We will recommend this to all our friends and family. And when we return we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Wir wurden mit toll hergerichteten, üppig bestückten Platten(Obst, Käse, Schinken Brot...) und Getränken freundlich vom Eigentümer epmpfangen. Das Haus ist neu, sehr groß (3 Etagen), mit allem erdenklichen Luxus ausgestattet (hochwertige Betten/Wäsche, luxuriöse Bäder/Küche/Media usw.) und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Der Swimmingpool hatte zum Schluss unseres Aufenthaltes (4 Tage im September) sicherlich ca. 30 Grad Wassertemperatur, da er gut geheizt wird und wir ihn nachts abgedeckt haben-traumhaft. Der Garten verteilt sich auf 2 Ebenen, die untere (größere) Ebene mit Außenküche usw. haben wir gar nicht genutzt, da es dort im September eher schattig war (im Sommer sicher ein Traum). Das Ganze in einmr zwar eher unscheinbaren Dorf, aber man kann toll auf einem Fußweg in ca. 20 Minuten nach Omis laufen, ein schöner lebendiger Ort mit Flair. Absolut zu empfehlen ist auch die vom Vermieter empfohlene rafting-Agentur: supergute guides, die sich Zeit lassen und verschiedenen Highlights auf der Tour eingebaut haben. Die Tour ist ein absolutes Muss! Wir können diese Haus ohne jede Einschränkung rundum empfehlen, insbesondere ist es auch auch für größere Familien/Gruppen sehr gut geeignet, zumal es auch noch Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Billardtisch, Fitnessraum und Sauna zu bieten hat, was wir gar nicht alles nutzen konnten.

We arrived at this property for our 14 days of sun and relaxation. We booked the home before it was built only based on renderings, and the final result which met us was even more impressive. The home owner Marko was indeed very helpful, and always in a positive attitude for whatever we had encountered or asked for. The home came with all the bells and whistles a family or two could need for their relaxation in the sun. The swimming pool was very nice, and the outdoor area was very spacious, divided at two levels. We enjoyed the grill deck in the evenings, and the privacy was more or less perfect. The property is at the far end of a road, with older farming parcels surrounding the home. With trees growing near the outskirt of the surrounding fence/wall, they all gave a nice shadow either in the daytime for the pool area, or in the evening if you wanted to wash your car(s). We drove an electric car to the house, and was able to charge thru the outdoor power outlet. Very convenient. Inside the home everything was tidy and modern. We enjoyed all the gadgets and facilities within the house. With your own downstairs bar and pool table room, the families could enjoy the evenings. The kids crowded the living room for some gaming when the sun was at its worst, giving us adults a relaxed time by the pool. Every room had its own aircondition unit (except the bathrooms/toilets), and we was not bothered by the warm weather when indoors. The area where the house is situated is in a small village above the city of Omis, and it is a old stoned path which lead you down to the sea in about 25-30 minute walk. We have stayed in Naklice in the past, and do feel very welcome in the area and by the neighbours. You can walk thru gardens with fruits and vegetables, by stoned paths, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere in the area. And if you like to path some mountains, there are several, well marked trails in the close vicinity. If you would like some shopping, the backroad to Split will take you to several large shopping malls in 25 minutes. And in the town of Naklice, there is a local restaurant with genuin local food, which we visited several times. We will be back in the area, and can recommend the house to anyone whom might be interested in a relaxed and private vacation at your own pace. Enjoy!
