if the owner can send an exactly position map about this flat it will be better,this is a new community,google map lead me to another street,I arrived too late,spent 30minites to find the right gate.there was poor of outside parking lot,they have a private underground parking place,but I found it be occupied by other neighborhood.

Missing clothes hanger. Temporary problem with WIFI.

Booked the property from Dec 16th 2022 for 4 nights. Checked in very late into the night after our flight to Warsaw. The property wasn’t clean, the kitchenette was dirty and most importantly it was cold in the bedroom. The balcony door was improperly serviced with wrong screws by a technician which resulted in the door seal to be wide open and we were cold in the bedroom. The reason why we haven’t left right away is that we thought that we needed to turn on the heater to max to heat up the bedroom, even though we were concerned that the cold air is blowing thru the door panel. At night it became very cold. In the morning, when we suggested our concerns to the owner/manager named Tomek and requested to pay for that night and change the dates to checkout because we were not willing to stay there anymore, he was very rude and unprofessional, stated “it was good before you came” refused to change the dates and told us he’ll send the technician to take a look. We were waiting for the technician cancelling all our plans and finally he showed up 4 hours later and confirmed that the door was improperly serviced, but the manager still refused to change dates and told us to move out if want to without the refund for unused nights. I have contacted Booking Customer Service assistant Magdalina, who were awesome and we managed to get the dates changed and we moved out. On the final note this guy threatened us that he will add us to some “internal black list” and so we won’t be able to rent any property in Warsaw. Absolute gross.

The apartment is really clean.

No private parking as advertised. The host just asked us to park at street, and the area was REALLY BUSY WITH NO PARKING all the time.
