Brilliant location, good sized apartment with everything you need

ski locker rooms could do with updating but didn’t bother us

Location, views, family friendly and practical

Excellent access to the piste and a fantastic view. plenty of storage and two showers and toilets which was great for a group of us and saved us lots of time. Plenty of comfortable furniture and staff answered messages quickly and were very helpful.

Location is good, almost on the ski slopes.

One of the beds was broken when we arrived. We informed the host who was unable to replace it during our 4 night stay. I had to sleep on a matrass on the grond.

It has comfortable beds, a good shower and it’s a great location for views and the ability to ski in/out.

On arrival of our family of 5 to the apartment in the evening, we found the apartment lacking in some basic necessities- no consumables such as toilet paper!, hand wash, kitchen sponge. Also, there was no tea towel to dry bowls/cups/plates, no pillows for fold out couch, wrong size sheets for fold out couch. The heater in living room and the coffee machine wasn’t working. I did communicate with the owner/manager and received consumables and another sheet about 24 hours later. Generally the apartment lacked attention to detail. It wasn’t particularly clean, floor felt dirty, crumbs in cupboards, hair in bathroom drawers etc. We found a dirty pillow in fold out couch, found used towels behind bedroom door. One of the bathrooms emitted a strong sewerage smell rendering it unusable. The directions to access snow/ lockers are inaccurate, it should be level P2. The ski storage lockers weren’t available during the time of our stay so we had to rent a locker elsewhere. Important information for families with young children. The apartment is 1.2km via the road to the bottom of the mountain where lifts are located, ski lessons are conducted from and ski rental shops are located. Therefore if people aren’t at a decent level of skiing ability, it is a very difficult walk down the hill and even more difficult up the hill with all the snow gear, skis and boards with kids in tow. We ended up hiring a locker at the ski rental shop. No taxis or car rental available in Pasa de la Casa.
