Close to seafront location, friendly polite host, comfy clean room, parking available, good breakfast would stay again

The hotel in general was very clean and tidy. The room was ok with plenty of space and a nice sea view.
The breakfast had very little choice if you didn't want a full english. The full english was brought to the table before we had finished our cereal so we sent it back resulting in when it returned it was luke warm and the eggs had solidified. It would have been nice if there had been a bar in the hotel.
