Il tuo appartamento di lusso si trova a pochi passi da una delle spiagge più belle della California. Sali sulla sabbia e gira a destra, entrerai in una spiaggia dove puoi goderti una piacevole passeggiata su una bellissima spiaggia poco affollata.

The unit is very clean and comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. The courtyard area and the front gardens are very beautiful and inviting. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach, and directly across the road from the Carpinteria Salt Marsh, which is a very serene and picturesque place to take a casual stroll or a jog. The unit is also a short walk or bike ride to all the great shops and restaurants along Linden Ave. We also had a fun bike ride to the Carp Bluffs Nature Preserve nearby. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We are already planning our next visit.

I would highly recommend this property. It was very clean, well stocked kitchen, mattress was very comfortable. I would stay here again

The condo was updated, very clean and generously supplied. It was a 1/2 block walk to the beach! A very comfortable place to stay. Host was very clear on communications and information. I would book this location again. Easy to walk to many of the Carpinteria highlights. Note: There is no AC if you require this; primary parking is on the street with limited parking behind Condo, mainly for unloading. One set of stairs to walk up. We went "off-season" (end of April) so these items did not present a problem for us.

The place is very nice and family and pet friendly but the parking and noise is an issue. A block from the beach is a major plus plus. Enjoyed
